Just planted them! now I need to water them in. I did 3 cells for each seed, 3 seeds each cell. I really like the seedling soil i got!

I would do more bok choy in the second row but I feel like I would be wasting space to do it so soon cause it would be too close in line...

once I can free up the two rows the bok choy is in now I am going to do a row of my cilantro seeds and either my beans, snap peas, or...

I mostly just snacked on it last year when I was outside and didn't want to go inside but it would definitely go well in a salad

do you eat it plain? is it fine to have raw, like in salads? what meals do you put it in/pair with?

I wouldn't.why waste your valuable bok choy real estate? chives can be used as a substitute for green onions in most cases anyway
