I can't find where you can disable the emails either. You are automatically set up to "watch" all threads that you post in....maybe it's as simple as unwatching the thread....at the top of the thread.

I think a month is the longest that I've let mine sit between frying. I usually have run through 2-3 time uses within 2 months. Of course sometimes I'll use it to fry donuts or fried chicken too. If I use it for chicken then that's it's last use before it goes to the dogs / cats. I'll use an...

It's shelf stable so you could go either way. I keep mine in a cool, dark cabinet and haven't had any problems :/

At least 2-3 depending on how dirty it gets. After that I add some of it to the dogs and cats food (little at a time).

I double strain it through a coffee filter after it cools and then store in mason jars in the cabinet.
