one down, one to go. good to see my brother again. glad he was easy and ready to go back home soon as he also could use some time off.
i just did the dishes and get an hour off my feet until the next person shows up. :) *whew!* but as i was finishing dishes i said to Mom that i was...
IMO a driveway like that is going to need some large enough rough aggregate to stand up to flowing water if it isn't ditched or otherwise set up along the edges to take the water off and down the sides or to spread it out into the surrounding lawn... then you have the next issue of getting the...
other considerations are that young trees just do not have that large of a root system yet so they may not survive until they are more well established and have a deeper and larger root system. that is why with young trees you do want them to be regularly watered deeply enough in their first...
i had to opologize to Mom for getting annoy at her this morning. she said she didn't notice. lol
we're not really compatible in the kitchen and it is better if she can do her thing and make a big mess and then just go away and let me clean up. this morning we were trying to do things...

really though, i did get a lot of use out of those sandals and they finally gave up when the leather rotted but the soles were in good condition and i considered trying to rebuild them...
@Alaskan is the only other person that comes to mind who raises them for meat on this forum.
i know nothing about them other than they make good worm food pellets and they have to eat often.
i hope you can sometime! it helps me keep going enough that it is worth the $ spent. pretty much my only luxury other than chocolate and a once in a while meal out.
