I like the car shows too. This one is a small town affair, but they have a pretty big turnout. They hold it twice a year. The spring show is generally bigger than the fall show, but that's ok. Better chances to win that way, lol.

Refried black beans, link sausage, grilled onion and jalapeno in a (low carb) tortilla. Tossed in a pan and browned the bottom, added cheese, folded over and served with sour cream and picante.

Shocked to see that the turnips are up. They were not showing this morning - but late this afternoon - there they are!

I slept until 8am! Only woke up once in the night to give DH a bolus since his blood sugar was high. Other than that it was a glorious night of sleep, lol! Looked out the window this morning and saw the big guy after a doe that should already have been bred. Looks like she's cycling 5 days...
