i guess I'm the odd ball. i sleep with my windows and doors open and have an attic fan all night pulling air in thru the house. i don't have a fan blowing in my face but it's sure blowing across me. I'd bet some of your problem is from seasonal or environmental allergies blowing in and on...

@tortoise, i can it mixed with some tomatoes and onions. grate it, put it in freezer bags and use it in zucchini bread or cake. I've never dehydrated it but i know you can.
