Oh we love us some artichokes! I grew up eating them. And my husband thoght I was crazy the first time I bought some to cook, he is so hooked now lol I should have posted our grilled, fresh, dolphin(Mahi Mahi) we had a few weeks ago, delicious and healthy too!

Haha ....no. just moved back to Florida from Oklahoma.. we were out there for 4 years. We were only like 20min from the Red River. Too windy and dry. And I missed the ocean way too much! But amazing Hunting out there! We will definitely miss that!

It was very! It's really easy to make just time and lots of steps lol we make it easy by both my husband and I cooking them. We each kinda have our own jobs to make it go a lot faster.

No we really use it for the bugs and snakes. We have alot of swampy like land around us so snakes and bugs take over! I never really though about cooking with it! But definitely a good idea!

Home made Venison & Potatoe Pirogies!! A lot of work but boy are they worth it!!!!! And we use the left over potato meat insides to make a Casserole the next night, just add Peas and Corn and sprinkle more cheese on top!
