Sorry @baymule I guess you came to mind because of you're a Texan. @Beekissed I know everyone will appreciate it. Sorry I gave Baymule the credit for it, lol.
Mine didn't look so good but a week after feeding them a tomato fertilizer and a little epsom salts I can't believe the difference. They are a foot taller and blooming.
DH was complaining of his shoulder feeling like it was on fire. It had a tick on one bite and another bite where he had scratched it off. They are still deep red and swollen after two days. I tried to get him to go to the doctor and have them checked but it's hard to get an appointment here.
@baymule you need to post your Hot Pepper Butter recipe on this thread. I am definitely make some of that this summer as soon as I can get enough hot peppers.
So how has your test came out. I had that done last year. No fun at all. At least I didn't wake up in the middle of it (this time). I hope everything is good with you. :hugs
It's been over a year since we moved here so things have gradually got cluttered. It's funny how you don't notice until like having your pastor carry you son in with a broken leg to the bed and you suddenly realize the mess. Oh well, water under the bridge. I started with my bathroom this...
When my kids say they hurt from whatever it's usually at bedtime. Big surprize, huh! DS12 with the broken leg kept me running for the last couple of weeks but now my hovering is grating on his nerves. Now that most of the pain has subsided he just wants me to stay out of his hair. He is really...

With the price of salad greens in the grocery store it's a good idea to grow them yourself. I've never grown pak choy or bok choy but I'm thinking I should. Except for a few seeds of mesclun greens I'll wait until late summer for some fall greens.
DS #3 always throws a fit when it comes to doing something new. He doesn't want me to show him how because he thinks he should know it. He is always the perfectionist. After a couple of hours or a day he will agree to let me show him and then he just whizzes through the problems. I can't get him...
Yes, I used to wonder why the blackberries would stop being productive and friends of mine had the best blackberry patch in their hay field. It turned out they would mow them down late in the summer. It was nice to pick there because they were growing in a huge jungle of canes with little fruit...
