Just checked the culvert and there is no blockages. Not sure if wildlife got him or if he got feed up with me and moved on. I'll check it again tomorrow.
In the meantime does anyone have any tips for helping a turkey with splayed leg. She is almost 3 months old and it only started a few days...
I am fairly new to sheep we currently have 2 lambs a female that is around 5-6 months old we got her and her brother as bottle baby's from a nearby farm when her mother couldn't produce milk. Unfortunately he had to be put down a little while back as he developed kidney stones that tore him up...
Thanks. I might have to try this. I have cleared the culvert 3 times so far and they keep blocking it. Wildlife has put live traps out hopefully they can catch them and relocate them. I have scrounged some chain link fence I am thinking about placing some across the culvert once I clear it...
I did the floor by myself. I framed out the area after leveling the ground. I picked out large rocks around the size of a football and smaller from the area I had grubed and lined the floor with them then covered it all with crushed stone. I mixed all the cement in a wheelbarrow took me the...

The walls for the goats barn are up. We will get the roof framed out tomorrow then start sheeting it in.

We got the cement floor for the goats barn poured today. Construction will start later in the week. Until then I guess I will be starting their fencing

Not sure what's going on with me. I have been sick the last 2 weeks. No energy to do anything I have to force myself to go out to take care of the animals which is bothering me as normally going out with the animals is usually my happy place. I'm not used to being sick. Usually when I get...
