Does anyone else can things and then have doubt when it comes time to eat it? I am fine with the peppers and other pickled things it is the pressure canner stuff I am a nerd about.
When you are left with the why's nothing makes sense. I pray they can find a way to settle this and move on. It is a terrible thing. I will be praying for them and you.

Well some has been vac sealed and frozen. I have made a few batches of bread and a relish recipe that sounded good. I still have more to deal with though.
I have been given a large amount of zucchini and need help on what to do with it. I saw some pickle recipes but they are all sweet can I make it with the dill pickle recipe? How do I freeze it? I really need your ideas please.
