Can this yogurt be saved (check page 2)

Yes! 1/2 the amount the recipe called for. And I realize I did the same thing last time. I think I'm changing the thread name.....hee hee hee

    Soap Making 101

Yes, you need to turn them about every day or so. Different scents are strong than others. I've been using approx 2 oz to my 3-pound batches of soap. So far I've used "Black Amber and Lavender" and "Baby Rose" from brambleberry and that was a good amount to use, the scent stayed with the soap...

Ohiofarmgirl'sAdventuresinTheGoodLand-where ya been? whatcha been doin

Read your blog http://adventuresinthegoodland.blogspot.com/ I think the new buck is adorable! We have been giggling about the antics of the females here too. I think we fit into the category of being too remote, having too unusual a breed for our area and need to keep our little Cody. But last...

annaraven - more random update stuph

A garden share sounds so cool. I wonder how to get one started. I think our neighborhood needs one. The other day someone had put zucchini's in everybody's mail box. And I have so many potatoes this week, we will have to work hard to eat them all. How did yours get started?

Can this yogurt be saved (check page 2)

Well I'm resurrecting my own old thread because I REALIZE what I did wrong. I just made the whole recipe again, and realized as I was finishing that I made the same mistake! :he I doubled the recipe but like a dunce, I didn't double the yogurt. I don't HAVE more yogurt here. Is my newest...

Denim Deb Hay, hay, hay. Thank the Lord!

LOL Maybe because we write down lists of things we accomplish sometimes, it makes others tired. But if you break up the projects over a whole day they didn't each take that long, it just sounds like a lot when you describe it on paper, ore....er...on the computer. Compared to a year ago, I am...

Bimpnottin's Journal - OFG: Bacon scarf

I don't see why not. The canned pumpkin is kind of a puree, so if you could perhaps mash your pumpkin into that consistency. Pumpkin is a binding fiber kind of food, so it helps both dogs and cats be more regular. In the boarding kennel, dogs with chronic problems would often have a dollop of...

Crock pot castile soap--seems easy enough...

She says on her post that she adds it at the very end. I would not choose one that accelerates trace.

Another thing to try is canned pumpkin....that helps regulate them too, whether they are having diarrhea or constipated.

Bimpnottin's Journal - OFG: Bacon scarf

I'd give her cooked rice with chicken and perhaps a little imodium. You can look at the dosages on the box and cut down how much by weight. I'd keep an eye on her in case she got the bone stuck inside somewhere, watch for vomiting and suddenly not doing okay. She might have gotten into...

lots of pears ripen better if you put them in a brown bag for a couple days. They won't be so hard after that.

I dunno, I'm afraid of that axe. Maybe we should entice her back with bacon, or pie, or talk about killing pigs or passing gas. I'll bring the gas! I have no shortage of that around here with all these dogs. :gig No actually, I'll bring the blackberry pie, I just picked a mess of them yesterday.

So is the stress level "getting" to you all like it is us? I don't remember any time in my life that I was this worried about my country or the future of my children. How do we de stress as we deal with this?
