During the height of season most veggies get canned here. Small fruits like berries are frozen. Produce used for flavoring (onions, herbs, etc.)are dehydrated and vacuum sealed. It's just not produce...when the local butchers have sales on meat, will grab a bunch and can or otherwise put up...

Driveway crew came out and did some compaction work on the driveway after smoothing everything out. Much better. Not sure why they didn't do that the first time

The last of the peppers from the garden a while ago needed used. Cooked them down and had with Italian sausage. Leftovers for lunch today

Driveway crew is coming out again. Multiple issues with the mat and they put way too much gravel in spots. Had deliveries twice this week that resulted in a mess. I made a few suggestions that were initially dismissed, but now I think they may try. 🤔 Patience is being tried.
