    :gig I have never heard Walmart called Hellmart :lau ...I don't shop there at all but somehow it always comes up in conversations with others. Now I have a new nickname for it. Thank you Wifezilla :)

    All fixed up :) The nurse practitioner gave me a tetanus shot. some anti biotics and told me soak my foot in epsom salts daily X 3. Feels much better already!

    We have a lady in our area who processes chicken June through August, when her kids are out of school. I'd love to learn how to process them during the rest of the year. She charges $2.50 per bird - would be a nice supplemental income!

    Don't like the idea of getting another tetanus shot :/ but I called the doc and he's insisting. I have an appointment at 4:00pm. Thanks all for your input :) The chicken coop will have to wait to be painted until tomorrow!

    Itchy Dog...benadryl ain't cutting it....

    My dog Penny has had a terrible time with itching this year too - with and without fleas. I used ACV on her hot spots, and they healed very quickly. I try to keep her indoors and more comfortable with the AC blowing and cold hardwood floors to lay on. Cool feels good to them - hot makes the itch...
