I love this I've always told my friends that we need to bring victory gardens back. Now there are people saying that we need to start planting victory gardens. They even have Facebook pages and classes on it.
So my neighbor from across the street's cat treed itselfself on a power pole. (Little black and white thing at the top of the pole.) We're all so bored out here we're just watching the cat try to come down.
I just "love" Wyoming springs. We woke up to snow this morning. :he I was wanting to start getting the garden beds ready this week. It will most likely be gone either today or tomorrow but I'm so sick of snow.
Well I got some plants started, we planted a couple tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, green onions, and green beans. It was Silas's "science experiment" (translation I'm lazy so I get my little man to do work for me.:rolleyes:) I still have a lot to plant but it's a start.
So fun times today my Brest pump went out on Friday (I also have a small manual pump so i was still able to pump.) I was finally able to get a hold of the company today and I have a new one that should be here tomorrow. Then my Aubrey is entertaining she will push her bottle out of her mouth...

He loves it because he can play and watch movies all day but I can still use the threat of I'm going to call the school and pole him out if he doesn't do what he is told. (he still loves school.)
So I did the math I'm looking at about 83 cubic feet of dirt and about 13 cubic feet of manure/compost. Which will set me back about 300 if not more (why douse Gardening soil have to be so expensive.
