sumi, I am sort of new here and really don't know you. So tell us if you water bath can things and if you have ever pressure canned anything. When you say from start to finish could mean a large amount to teach. All the above comments give you great advice if you have canned "something" before.

I get 100 eggs a day...50 to 60 dozen eggs get washed and hand delivered to my 50 customers each week. Everyone doesn't order each week and some get allot every week but it all averages out for me....Delivery takes about 4 hours....

Thanks everyone... my hubby really doesn't have great skills. When we first got married he told me he only can do rough wood working and he doesn't do toilets....:bow I will keep doing the toilets if he keeps doing these rough wood working things.....:thumbsup
