Hmmm...I thought Sous vide was a process of cooking meats in a sealed bag in boiling water. I must not have that right. What exactly is arriving on Monday? Now I'm curious.
Old fashioned fried tacos tonight, made with homemade corn tortillas. Haven't been able to make fried tacos for years because the corn tortillas from the store crack and fall apart. Looking forward to this treat!!!
Dinner tonight will be Italian beef, air fried potatoes, Tuscan stuffed mushrooms, and salad. Fresh strawberry pie for dessert.
Leftover beef will make great street tacos tomorrow.
We had an apricot stir fry. It was the result of a failed Duck Sauce a couple days ago. Decided to use the sauce for something and this was it. Turned out really good. Sometimes the biggest mistakes make the best meals.
Second try on pizza tonight. The dough was frozen from the last pizza, but still good. Can't get a decent pizza anywhere within 50 miles of our place. Haven't checked beyond that. But I know I have had one in Virginia and So California. Chicago? Meh. New York? Meh. I must really love So...
