I tried the plain vinegar and it dries/quits working to fast. I guess ill just have to be yellow until I get to the allergist on Wednesday.

Thats great. I just started canning in March and hubby counted 190 jars last night. Mostly chicken and beef, had to make room in the freezer for the pig.
