Ha! I was thinking all that popped corn would soak up the extra liquid in the stomach, thus eliminating the need to pee in the night. It's probably something much more medicinal than that, lol.

Just a suggestion: If you decide to go gluten free, do it totally, for a couple weeks, at least. A month would be better. It will take some planning and shopping, but you can find gluten free pasta and crackers and stuff so your family doesn't feel like they are being punished. And only change...
I tried it. It raised my liver enzymes to the point my rheumatologist got alarmed. Not taking it now, of course. I wish I could find something that works.

I second the idea to check out the GAPS diet. It is a total change to the way nearly everyone eats, but if the problems are bad enough, a mom will try just about anything.
