If folks do a search here, they can find the other vaccine thread, where I very carefully names source information, listing medical journals etc... which clearly demonstrated the facts being spewed from my keyboard were not made up crap.
(Hi Pat - long time no see)
If mothers today had not been vaccinated as children, they could support their own childrens immune system simply by breastfeeding. There are very few women who can't breastfeed, more that simply choose not to.
If my child dies or gets a siezure disorder, or guillian barre syndrome or...
The USA is currently around 30th or so in the world infant mortality rates. doesn't say very good things about the 36 vaccines the kids here recieve. Check the countries at the top of the list, and compare the number of vaccines they recieve.
For the record regarding Polio that everyone is so vocal on. Between 1923 and 1953, before the Salk vaccine was introduced, polio declined on its own by 47% and 55% respectivly. (International Mortality Stats 1981)
When national vaccine campaigns were initiated in the 50's, the number of...
I don't have a pressure canner. But I can freeze and make stew as needed. Are there any particular spices/herbs that go well with venison?
And YES I think we did get that 2ft long strips - we cut it into little medallion shaped pieces.
OK so I have a deer in the fridge. not whole :gig
A friend of ours shot it, skinned and did all that and sent the meat to us. We're city slickers and know nothing about hunting.. so anyhoo.

I use a chainsaw as well, sorry gals but my hubby splits it.
He has a splitter thing - a small wedge shaped piece of metal that he'll beat into the wood from the center and it splits.

Make sure you clean it well - some of the sea sponges that are not...
My grandfather used old peanut butter jars and stuff for nails and things, he'd nail or screw the lid up under a shelf, and then he would screw the bottle onto it, and unscrew the bottle if he needed a nail or screw.

I didn't respond because I could never pick out just a few, there are so many cool people around these parts... folks that make me giggle or scratch my head, folks that make me gasp or take notes! Love all of you! :love
THe problem is that $10 purse probably isn't going to last very long.
I'm not a fancy purse girl - but I paid a pretty penny for my purse, I've had it now for 6 years and it still looks brand spanking new.
A tip for getting oil out of hair, do not wet the hair at all, mix some shampoo in a cup with a little water - or use straight on the oily hair. lather and then rinse. The minute you add water on the oily hair, it sets that oil in real good!
I have never cooked a turkey :hide I was in my 20's already when I arrived in the USA, and Thanksgiving isn't something you celebrate in other countries. I've always lucked out and been invited to Thanksgiving with family, so I only ever have had to prepare side dishes and such.
