aint that right, SD! you should have seen her! she was a peach! what a funny little face she had! and mostly white - with cali stripes!!! love that!
i swear TBM is such a softy. ha ha ha ha i told the vet tech (under my breath) to give him the kitten to hold.... he immediately turned to jello...
hey baby!
and they might just be feelin' frisky b/c they are coming into heat. Nibbles' milk was down and then when i moved her to the new yard i just didnt milk her at night and she was fine. well.. she was mad but i think it was more about not getting the snacks than anything.
but lets face...
WOW what a day!
a lot has happened.
first i had to take Nicholas to the vet - he has allergies and was so scratchy that he was just miserable...the good news was that the vet said it probably had more to do with fall airborne allergies than anything else and no, i was not a bad mommy...
here's whatcha do!!! do this now!!! dont stop!!! run to your kitchen and get the olive oil
now pour some in your hand and rub it on your hands like you were washing them... but just use the oil
feel the relief???? it totally works.
i was in a bad way last summer and someone (wooddustmaker???)...
* OFG runs up *
did someone say PIE???!?!
um i dunno i think i baked them for about 20 or 30 mins at about 375*... or until there lightly browned and the single crust ones were nice and bubbly? i'd start checking at about 20 mins
see here...
hee hee hee
yeah whats with those little dogs dragging people along? ha! i love sitting in the vet with Dog#1 and everyone oooohing and aaaahing over him and how good he is...and then looking judgmentally at the bad dogs. and their owners.
and of course, looking at the folks with small dogs...
you're right, Zilla.. i should point out that MIDWEST poodle is totally different in taste and texture than east coast poodle - which is better for snuggling then for grilling.
;-)
Abi - i think i have the vapors from being with the MIL! ha!
thanks! all i can do is laugh about it...
:-)
unfortunately the MIL isnt trainable - or at least i should say, she's not mine to train.
i do it old school and without mercy and i'm immune to anyone's sad face and weepy little...
things are really hopping around here.
yesterday i literally raced a woman up to a local orchard to get some hard to find peaches... they were $18 a PECK!!! so i got some seconds for half price. but wow they were flying off the shelves as fast as our orchard friends could pick them. i guess...
WHAT????! great score!!!
and yay on the maters - i just sent you a totally belated pm.. hee hee sorry!
and um... i totally understand about your hubby's reaction to kidding season. you guys need a 4H kid to help you.
;-)
