We actually do have a choice in electricity providers. They keep sending literature in the mail but I've not had the nerve to change. I'm not sure I'd trust a seconary company like that to have uninterrupted service, etc. So even though there's a choice, most people stick with the familiar.

Very wise indeed. Political affiliation doesn't really matter. If one looks at it truly objectively, it's clear the the left spins as much as the right and vice versa. If I'd just adopt the views of either side without using my own brain power, I'd feel like a zombie. :eek:

This seems to be the right answer if there is one, yes. In trying to make things better for themselves, the "common folks" sometimes have to suffer the consequences while "the big guys" don't do much of anything. :(

Ah! Well that sounds like something I'd enjoy for sure. For as many years as I've been buying groceries, I know that they're not carried in my area. Maybe I should talk to management... but I guess they'd have to know that more people than just one would be buying artichokes. :)

What's your favorite kind of chewable or powdered vitamin? I currently have the Centrum Chewable but the only powered supplement I've tried is Emergen-C for the vit C.
