The movie Firehouse Dog was also from the creator of Wonderfalls, and I hear that they planted some of the props for the series in the set of the movie. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I'd like to check it out. I have Wonderfalls on DVD and I'd highly recommend it.

I'd say because you're a good risk to them. It sounds like you have your finances in order. But there seems to be lots of people in the US and other countries who are facing foreclosure and bankruptcy who don't have access to the money you mention.

I think from the way you describe their situation, they may be into too many things. I suspect the kids would be better served getting into fewer activities, but finding things that they're really drawn to and spending more time on those, and then having free time as well.
