HEY!! I mixed a jar of home canned red beans with a jar of home canned ham and beans, then added two sliced hot dogs to it. Had some stale tortilla chips, so used those to thicken up the mix. YUMMY!!
p.s. both jars were from 2021, so it was time to use up what I have hoarded.
I made Mississippi Pot Roast last nite/early morning, in my crock pot. It uses pepperoncini.
I shredded the beef, then put it and the bowl of broth, into the fridge so I can remove the excess fat layer on the broth tonite.
