Since my last post, I have finished up all of the tomatoes, and I have been canning free green beans. I think I got roughly 30 quarts and then I did 17 pints of black beans. I have more dry beans, squash, and broth to do next.
Not to change the subject, but...
I canned 3 quarts and a pint of green beans, and 6 quarts of tomato juice today.
And, for the record, I used a pressure canner and water bath canner, BUT feel free to do it however you would like to....
9 pints of tomatoes yesterday. One more canning of tomatoes and it will be finished. The blight finished the tomatoes off, but they did so good.
