    Wow i have missed alot!! Being a mom of 4 means i dnt always have time to talk. Sry!! Bt so far i have canned my okra, Frozen okra, and dehydrated okra!! We r up to geting adout 2lb a day and my plans r taller then me lol. (I am 5'9)

    I have canned lots of my okra bt i still have so much!! What is the best way to freeze it?? Should i blanch it first? Keep it whole or cut it up?

    Hay yall, I have a little homestead in northern texoma. We have 4 kid's, two dogs, 10 raddits, 30 chickens. I am new to all of fun things that go with being on a homestead!!
