Those look yummy! Most of them, LOL. I'm not sure I'd want to add prunes to pumkin pie and I don't get why anyone would want to make fake apple pie with Ritz crackers instead. 
I'm making chocolate chip pecan pie for my contribution to various dinners this year. Very simple really ... just add about as much chocolate chips as pecans to the mixture before pouring it into a bit larger crust.

yup, my pecan pie is kinda like that. Simpler though. I know I don't use bourbon and offhand I don't think cornstarch either. Just sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter, and pecans I think. Maybe a little more chocolate chips than they call for. I never spread them out -- just dump them in and it ends up in layers with pecans on top anyway. Really REALLY yummy!Wifezilla said:
