Well if you're gonna use bacon you have to use some maple syrup in the glaze!
I went to an out of the way place that has it's own dairy and bought cheese and creamline milk and of course we couldn't leave without getting their fresh churned ice cream..
I had to try the baconater!
Real maple syrup flavored ice cream with candied home made bacon bits in it!

I always pour a little bit of maple syrup on the bottom of the pan (after I butter it, but before I put in the rolls), and then drizzle it on top too.. mmmm
