After I soak almonds, can I flavour them before I dry them?

I'm confused. Why are you hydrating them, then dehydrating them?

I think I'd try watering the honey down a little to make it coat the nuts a bit more lightly, plop the soaked nuts in the honey mixture, then strain them out and dehydrate. You can use the leftover honey/water in something else, like your tea or something. A black bean cake, maybe. :p

I suppose it won't hurt to try. I haven't soaked the nuts yet, but will tomorrow. In the dehydrator, they are not gonna burn anyways, so I'll try it. thanks.
