I just picked up a quart of unpasturized cream @ the Farmer's Market today. Now, since its a little special, I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe(s) that they would like to share, where I can really enjoy the yumminess :drool

TIA!

Something raw! Ice cream? Uncooked, of course. Or butter?

I served homemade kalhua...or is it kahlua? in raw cream and it was very well received!

So I decided to make butter out of the cream :thumbsup It seemed easy enough, so my food processor and I whipped up some delish butter! How easy was that? Thanks for the idea freemotion :)

Of course you saved the buttermilk.....if it didn't coat your kitchen, like my last batch did!
