NOONE I have found after many many searches even carries the top rail replacements. I can afford a whole new pool I just need to replace the rusted out top rail.
Anyone know how to relace the toprail on an above ground pool?

Hi!
You have to get the manufacturer of the top rail first. You may end up wasting your money purchasing a top rail that is not compatible with your above ground pool.
