With a fork and a knife, that is how one eats that!

I have to remember this when I have hotdogs and bacon from my pastured pigs and I'll use bison or pastured goat for the burgers....forget the screaming arteries. Not an issue with the right foods.

The only potential health threat in that thing is the hotdog...and that is only if it is loaded with cheap fillers. No artery damage if you use the good stuff....well, if you avoid a special shaped bun that is :D
