1 Bunch ( 2 Ounc) fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, minced ( local is good too)
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Put in blender or preocessor. Process til smooth.
Great on lamb, and salads.

Enjoy. YUMMM!!!

This makes wonderful salad dressing....I used to make this when the basil was coming in and froze it in ice cube trays. This year I fermented a version of it (sans oil) instead to save on freezer room and to add the probiotics to my salad dressings.

I wonder how it would be on a pork roast in place of adobo, which is mostly garlic and oregano.... hmmmm.......
