We are getting a mini Billy tonight.
He is knee high to a grasshopper
But, he has a proven track record for breeding a doe that is several times his size!
I was worried he would need a step ladder, or a boost up!

Its not cord. They are housed in the greenhouse, and its the water supply system that no longer functions.
We decided since the greenhouse is actually a money drain, turning it into a barn was a much better use.

These are the breeds.
Alpine and her alpine Nubian daughter, a lamancha and her lamancha/nubian daughter and a young alpine/nubian/ doeling.
The big Alpine gives over a gallon during her peek!

Pure ND buck.
Yes, the milk the babies will give someday will be fantastic!

I am leaning more and more towards just having mutts. Everything I have read speaks of better milk all around.

I have lamancha/alpine cross and a lamancha/nubian cross. My girls turned 8 month on friday.

Cute goats. Except for the La manchas. I'm sure they are cute on the inside, but they are just a bit freaky looking to me.
