My bread pans are the kind with the nonstick coating on them and it is now peeling off. I want to replace them. Any recommendations? What kind of bread pans do you use?

Bread pans like to make bread loaves? I usually make bread free form on a baking sheet, but if I have to make a perfect loaf, I use a glass (pyrex) loaf pan.

I use both non stick and Pyrex. Lately I have been making more roll or bun shapes than anything else. They work great for lunch bags.

I have a pyrex for loaves, but rarely make loaves. I'm like the others, I make individual flat bread for slicing to make sandwiches. These are made on a cookie sheet.

I do have a loaf pan for banana nut breads and such that is one of those "distressed" pans that bake more quickly and evenly. I'm pretty impressed with it. I'd like to buy the cookie sheets of the same design...they are about $20 a piece but they last a long time.
