We are making a breakfast bar in our house. My bf wants to make the bar out of a log of wood cut in half. Any suggestions on what kind of wood we should use? Of course it is going to have to be strong.
Are there any plans for something like this. The wall and shelf that it is going to sit on, is already there. Actually, he just tongue and grooved the whole (what will be) the underneath.
