I know somewhere here someone mentioned canning meatloaf.
I just don't know who or where.
I have done some online research and have come up with some conflicting info.
Some sites say do not use eggs or bread or cracker crumbs but other sites give recipes for canning meatloaf use those ingredients. Whats the deal with eggs and bread?
Which is it? Or does it really matter if you process in a pressure canner for 75 min (pints), 90 min (quarts).
Any recipes floating around here for canned meatloaf?
