This sounds silly coming from me, a um "lady?" but I fell in love with those big old tractors years ago when I worked for a horse ranch. I had the classy job of cleaning stalls and spreading the manure into the hay field. I loved that big red tractor!! And man, did I feel TUFF E NUFF on that big thing...until the wind picked up going the wrong way.

Wonderful sauce! Ingredients are just what I love and can't wait to make this.

I am getting my hog back on Friday from the processer....not selling those ribs, going to make the sauce and eat them on Saturday!
