Some of you have been puzzled by that question, so I thought I should illustrate it.

If my kids were little, I'd be going w/those diapers! They're cute. But, I think at age 20 and 26, they'd object. However, if I get grandkids.....

I used cloth diapers for my kids- my mother wouldn't tolerate HER grandchildren in plastic diapers! So, she pre-paid for a year of diaper service, knowing that after a year of the complete convenience of cloth diapers I would continue it myself. There is no way I wanted to go back to plastic diapers- and it really wasn't that expensive, even for service back then. I got 3 bags of diapers a week, and bagged up the dirty diapers and they got picked up. I rinsed the poop, of course! Then, by the time my daughter was getting out of diapers, of course they came out with the cute velcro gore-tex diaper covers instead of the plastic pants covers that leaked. Oh, well. It really wasn't that bad, even then- now there is no reason to use plastic diapers!
