Just a heads up for those who might not know this: you can easily make your own coconut milk from either fresh or dried coconut. I always have dried coconut on hand, so I make the milk as I need it, and save some space on the shelves, without all those cans (and its cheaper )

Thanks, coconut milk is so expensive, I knew you could make it from a whole coconut, but never knew you could make it from dried.
