Bocking 14 Russian Comfrey is the plant/cultvar that is considered to be the best for feed or compost. It is sterie and produces no seeds it is easily reproduced by cuttings. I have had seeded comfrey in the past and had to resort to a mix of very strong and long life chemicals to control it.
