I thought I'd start a thread for cracker recipes.

We don't think anything of making our own cookies, but for some reason people don't usually make their own crackers.
I am on a restricted diet and love crackers. They are such a nice snack. So I have been looking for recipes and doing some experimenting. They are as easy to make as cookies.

Here is a recipe I made the other day. I like them. SO didn't like them as much. He was expecting something more like Ritz crackers. Since I wasn't using any of the ingredients that are typically in a light fluffy cracker, I wasn't expecting these crackers to be light and fluffy. He kept saying, you should add this or that, so they'll be fluffier. All the things he wanted me to add, were the very ingredients I am trying to avoid  I think he finally got the point :p
