Essential Oils for MRSA infection?

My 6 year old grand daughter has a boil that the doc said was MRSA. I have "Thieves" essential oil, and a few other individual oils. Would it be ok for the oil (diluted) to be put on her skin? Or mixed in some liquid soap maybe? I know to use it in a spray for a surface disinfectant, but am thinking the blend might be harsh for her skin. I also may suggest honey to my (step)daughter as a dressing. Does anyone have any suggestions to use in addition to what ever the doc prescribes?

Vitamin D...as in put her in the sun with NO sun screen. D helps the body fight infection. Don't let her burn, but get her as much sun as possible.

She usually gets as brown as a little nut in the summer; her mother is not a sunscreen addict, thank goodness.

We had a lot of clients come in for MRSA and we had them take a GOOD silver (Nature's Sunshine colloidal silver --- NOT just any old silver and NEVER a silver suspension), along with homeopathic sulfur tabs and a good burdock root. Colloidal silver can also be used to dress the site topically. We also had them keep treating for a few weeks after it clears up. If you stop too soon it can return.

Pretty much all of our clients swore by it, and we had a couple of nurses who somehow got it approved or at least got permission to suggest it as well.

I don't know for sure if Thieves would help or not ... Never tried it for that. But I know it's good stuff. I love the oils from that company, though I didn't afford many of them myself.

Oregano oil or Tea tree oil are good too but you need to dilute it for the skin. Raw honey as a wound dressing can help. Manuka honey if you can get it but that kind is really expensive.

Male sure she is doing probiotics. They are so good for the immune system.

Also, if you have pets- they can catch it or be carriers. No need to get nervous about having pets around, just be aware and make sure everybody washes their hands after playing with the animals.

At Wal-Mart and Super D they have this stuff that is jet black and the formal name starts with a I but can't rememeber the name. My 4 yr. old gets boils often and we put this on there and it draws it out with in a day or two. We see results over night! They use to call it black draw or black salve. It is also behind the counter at super D so you probably could ask the pharmacy and they can point you in the right direction.

Raw coconut oil is proven to kill MRSA as well, so adding that to the mix is a good idea.

In eastern Europe and Russia, they culture MRSA in a petri dish. Then they introduce pond or sewage water by streaks over the culture. When they find dead spots in the MRSA culture and active colonies of good bacteria, they culture the good bacteria. Then they spread those good guys onto the infected area. This is the cure for MRSA. It's labor intensive. It doesn't involve expensive drugs or multiple visits to the doctor; therefore, it's not profitable to do in a free market economy. Cure the patient and you kill the customer. I'm not pro socialism. I'm just anti snake oil salesmen.

P. S. I don't mean you, BB. I mean the evil big pharma that treats, rather than cures. I'm sure that there may be many natural plant compounds that can cure anything from MRSA to cancer. The point is that Doctors are only taught to treat symptoms; and with the exception of antibiotics and vaccines, they can't cure any illness.

Personally I have used theives essential oil on childrens skin without any issues. We've taken it internally as well. I've used it directly on swollen lymph nodes when ill without any issues - for my kids I've often rubbed a drop or two into the soles of their feet.

If it were one of my children I would likely alternate a good silver, theives, and oregano oil. And I would do lots of immune boosting helpers like vitamin C, Vitamin D, and perhaps some garlic.
