I haven't read the article yet, but wanted to say that I believe it is all about diet (body weight not heart health).

I went to the gym regularly and worked my butt off and the scale would barely budge.

Fast forward a couple of years.....gave up on the gym and accepted my midsection as part of being in my 40s.

Met Freemotion and learned how to properly eat. Dropped nearly 14 pounds without a lick of exercise.

Now I exercise because it makes me feel great....but proper eating is what keeps my waistline in check!

In general, exercise by itself is pretty useless for weight loss, says Eric Ravussin, a professor at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, La., and an expert on weight loss.

I LOVE IT!

Finally someone telling the truth!
