I went to the gym regularly and worked my butt off and the scale would barely budge. Fast forward a couple of years.....gave up on the gym and accepted my midsection as part of being in my 40s. Met Freemotion and learned how to properly eat. Dropped nearly 14 pounds without a lick of exercise. Now I exercise because it makes me feel great....but proper eating is what keeps my waistline in check!

I LOVE IT! Finally someone telling the truth!
