Family has been evacuated

The Navy has evacuated all dependents from Japan.
They purposefully did not make big news of it, so as to keep panic down.
SIL and niece and nephew made it to my parents yesterday afternoon
My brother is considered a First Responder Essential and will be one of the last to leave if things got bad enough.
