I know this subject has been brought up several times here, but quite honestly I never paid much attention. But now I'm told that I am deficient in vitamin D, and think that this might help, but am not sure. Could those of you who use it give me a few whys and wherefores? And what brands you use, and why? I promise to pay attention this time :D. Thanks.

Bumping this up for you, I know BBrooks uses it, but not sure of name brand. I can't find it around here, I might get around to ordering it online some day.

For some reason the Blue Ice Fermented comes to mind but not sure if that's what BB uses.

That is the only fermented CLO in the world ;)
One bottle will last 1 person 6 months. Good stuff.

Thank you. But what are the "good stuff" properties? " Good stuff" is all very well, but what exactly (or generally) is good about it? I checked out the web site, and they don't say much about that either.

http://www.drrons.com/cod-liver-oil-facts.htm will this help?
Things are kept a bit vague by them, so as to keep the FDA off their backs.

Thank you, yes. I did look at the site, but missed that bit. So, 6 months per bottle per person you say? I think I will be ordering some.
