For my Lamb, I simply make diagonal cuts across the leg, smother it in EVOO, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme and smoke it until the meat starts to pull off the bone.miss_thenorth said:We haven;t fired up the smoker since spring. aybe meatloaf will get the thing going again, unless you have a great recipe for lamb?
