Smoked meatloaf. I've never had it, but it certainly sounds like it must be a good idea.

So, do you just make regular meatloaves and then smoke 'em? And what about afterwards--slice and freeze them"

How long do you smoke them for? Details please :D

Meat Loaf!!

2lbs of hamburger
1lb ground pork
1 egg
2/3 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (Billy Bones mild or Cherry flavor BBQ sauce)
cup diced onions
1/3 cup maple syrup
Add a little bit of Magic Dust

Glaze it with maple syrup.

Smoke them @225 for about 3 hours or until the internal temp gets up to 160 degrees.

For my Lamb, I simply make diagonal cuts across the leg, smother it in EVOO, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme and smoke it until the meat starts to pull off the bone.

Not a very good picture of the cuts, but.......
