For pouring or dipping:

2 T soy sauce
1 T brown sugar (or rich honey)
1 T olive oil
1 tsp finely minced ginger, fresh or crystalized
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
A few grinds of Black Pepper

Mixed all together well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using to infuse the flavors.

For marinating meat, you can double the recipe, and let marinate for several hours or overnight for greatest flavor.

This stuff is addictingly good. :drool
