No gimmiks here.
Mine used to horrible. Now I have about 25% left.
All I did was stop eating procesed foods.

Anyone else enjoyed this wonderful side effect of eating properly?

You can get rid of the other 25% by drinking a lot of water and eating alot of fiber. Cellulite is toxin build up in the muscles. At the moment I haven't been practicing good habits...I have cellulite building up....ugh...thanks for the reminder!

Oh, its still slowly going away ;)
75% is just where I am at right now!

When you say "processed foods" what do you mean? Does that mean you literally only eat food in the same manner in which it came from the ground, or does that simply mean you don't frequent McD's anymore? ;) I'm curious, because my thighs are starting to gross me out and I'd love to find some way to remedy that, aside from making sure the lights are always off when I undress. :rolleyes:

No refined foods, ie., vege oils, sugars, dairy and grains.
If those are cut out, you are left with whole all natural foods.
These include whole raw dairy, homemade lards, meat and veges of every kind.

I do not skimp on carbs or fats or protiens.
Balanced across the board.

I have to keep the carbs low. Family genetics. We do not process sugars well.
