My friend gave me 7 goose eggs. I haven't done goose eggs before. I was looking it up and they say 99.5 degree, for 30 days. But they also say to take the eggs out of the incubator for 15 min each day and spray with room temp water.

Has anyone else done goose eggs? I have a bunch of guinea, and chicken eggs in and don't know if I want to open the incubator any more than absolutly nessasary.

I have had better hatch rates when I set them and leave them alone.
Happy hatching.

Well if nothing else I can crack the door open and spray them. They are in the front. And if the humidity goes to high, I can take out the water pan.

I had 8 duck eggs in and only 3 hatched. They were due today, I will leve them an extra day or 2.

just crack and spritz, they need a higher humidity than guinnea or chicken eggs, this would normally be achaived by momma going for a swim then returning not fully dry and sitting. ive never heard of actually taking them out for any real period of time though.
