I have been using a sprouter on/off for close to 5 years. I recently have started going hard core organic. I bought some organic sunflower seeds and have now had 3 batches that have grown gray mold at day 3. :he I have tried soaking them in 2% vinegar for 15 minutes before attempting to sprout them but I am about to tell them where they can go (aka try to go get my $8 back). :barnie I have had great luck with every other kid of sprout/seeds I've attempted (sometimes regretting the choices...) so I'm pretty sure it's not me messing it up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

Dehulled or not these should be kept well ventulated and cool. according to the article dehulled should be in the refrig by the 3rd day. For normal seeds with shells I try to get them free from the shells as soon as possible because the shells hold moisture and do mold. Frankly I have never bought organic seeds, just untreated seeds.~gd

I haven't been getting them to day 3! They get gray mold on day 2. :(
