Yuck. Can't shake it!! It's not a migraine. I've never had one of those, but it's making me a little queasy. I've been drinking water. I took two Tylenol when I woke up with it. I had it when I went to bed too. I suspect that it is related to allergies and sinus since our pollen count is sky high here. It's over both eyes.
I've got too much to do to feel this cruddy! :hit

Nettie pot! or if you don't have one, steam your sinuses with water and vinegar, and essential oils if you have them....a couple of drops of lavendar and any of the Italian herbs...rosemary, thyme, basil. I like lavendar and rosemary. Add it just as you are ready to put your head in the steam.

I should have thought of the neti pot. I will do it after dinner. The headache settled down while we were visiting the goats. I was having too much fun to think about it I guess. It's back now but not as bad.
Thanks!

I don't use a netti pot--I just mix up my own saline solution and put it in a squeeze bottle and pour it in that way.

I can't get through allergy Season without Sudafed. I take a 30 mg dose in the Morning for about 3 weeks each Spring. I can't tolerate the Claritin or Zyrtec the make my heart race.
I use a nettie pot also, This helps a lot.
When I get one of these headaches I take a dose of Aleve and put a hot pack on over my forhead and eyes, it's usually gone in 30 minutes to an hour.

I'm headed for the neti pot and warm wash cloth on forehead. I can't take sudafed. It makes me nuts. Like I want to get out of my own skin and run around for a while. Weird weird stuff. I can only take Tylenol due to a serious aspirin allergy. It also means no Ibuprofen or Aleve.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. The worst seems to have passed. :)

Oddly I had no headache while with the goats. And the farm owner was mowing which usually gets me miserable. I did choke up and get itchy eyes after a bit but the headache wasn't an issue.
Goat therapy wheeeeeeeeee!
